Project Description:

This project was designed to improve the employability of adults from four disadvantaged communities across Europe. It focused on building both individual skills and organizational capacity to support inclusion in the labor market. The main beneficiaries were 80 adults with low qualifications and limited access to employment opportunities. The project also involved 8 NGO professionals who work directly with vulnerable adult groups. Local activities were tailored to address real needs such as job readiness, formal communication, and confidence in job interviews. A strong emphasis was placed on digital skills, recognizing the growing demand for online job applications and virtual interviews. Participants learned how to create CVs, navigate job portals, and present themselves in online settings. The project included training sessions, mentoring, and hands-on workshops. Each activity was designed to be practical, relevant, and directly applicable. Alongside adult training, the NGOs involved received support to improve their services and methodologies. A best practices brochure was created to ensure the sustainability and transferability of the approach. Dissemination activities helped raise awareness among local stakeholders and fostered community involvement. The project promoted a culture of learning, adaptability, and inclusion. Activities were implemented locally by partners in Romania, Serbia, Italy, and Hungary. These organizations worked closely with community members and shared their expertise to strengthen the overall impact. Through collaboration and shared responsibility, the project achieved both local and transnational results.
