This is an example page. It’s different from a blog post because it will stay in one place and will show up in your site navigation The project “Spotlight” aims to promote social inclusion among young people through the use of drama-based activities
It targets youth at risk of social exclusion, offering them opportunities to express emotions, build empathy, and strengthen communication skills. Over 100 participants will take part in workshops, performances, and video productions. The main methods include drama workshops, forum theatre, and community performances in schools and cultural centers
Forum theatre allows the audience to actively intervene and suggest solutions to real-life problems such as discrimination or peer violence. The project is coordinated by YAEDA (Youth and Adult Education Association), based in Požarevac, Serbia. It combines creative expression and social engagement to empower young participants and raise public awareness. Short video scenes created by participants will be shared on social media to reach a wider audience. The project fosters teamwork, confidence, and civic participation among youth. Through partnerships with schools and cultural institutions, it ensures sustainability beyond the project’s duration.
