An inspiring evening dedicated to knowledge exchange and innovation in education was held at the Požarevac Educational Centre. On this occasion, we had the pleasure of presenting our new Teacher’s Handbook to fellow teachers and educators, developed within the Erasmus+ project “Guiding the Guide”.

The event provided an opportunity to share the results of the handbook testing process and to present tools and methods that had already been successfully implemented in schools in Germany, North Macedonia, and Serbia. Special attention was given to practical approaches that can support homeroom teachers in their everyday work, help them respond more effectively to classroom challenges, and contribute to a more positive and supportive learning environment.

One of the most valuable parts of the evening was the exchange of experiences with colleagues, who recognized the importance and usefulness of these resources for their daily practice. Through open discussion, participants shared their perspectives, examples from the classroom, and ideas on how the handbook could be applied in different school contexts.

We would like to thank everyone who took the time to join us. Your energy, openness, and commitment to professional development show that education in Požarevac continues to follow European trends and values.
