The training meeting in Požarevac, Serbia, held from February 16 to 21, 2023, brought together partners from Romania, Italy, and Hungary within the KA210-ADU project focused on empowering adults from disadvantaged backgrounds. The program combined working sessions, expert inputs, and cultural visits. Participants presented results from local testing, discussed project opportunities, and finalized next steps for the toolkit and handbook. Sessions included lectures from the National Employment Service, a workshop with a psychologist working in prison reintegration, and presentations on gamification and labor market skills. The agenda also included team building activities, local site visits, and full-day trips to cultural landmarks. The meeting strengthened partner cooperation and ensured alignment for the project’s final implementation phase.
