he final Transnational Project Meeting of the Erasmus+ project BRIDGE took place in the sunny coastal city of Castellón, hosted by Dideas. This concluding meeting marked a crucial moment in the project’s journey, bringing together representatives from all partner organizations to reflect on achievements, share final outputs, and set the stage for long-term impact.
Upon arrival, participants were welcomed by the Spanish host team. The atmosphere was both warm and professional, fostering a sense of shared purpose among the partners. The meeting opened with a comprehensive review of the project’s objectives and timeline, followed by each partner presenting updates on their local implementation and contributions.
A significant portion of the agenda was dedicated to discussing the finalization of the Capacity Building Guide for educators, which had been piloted across several schools in partner countries. Feedback from teachers and students was overwhelmingly positive, highlighting how the guide supported inclusive classroom practices and encouraged emotional literacy. Partners exchanged experiences, challenges, and inspiring stories from the classrooms where the BRIDGE methodology was applied.
Equally important was the reflection on the Toolkit for inclusive education, which includes hands-on activities, classroom strategies, and assessment tools. The group worked collaboratively to fine-tune its content, ensuring it would be practical and adaptable across different educational settings in Europe.
The meeting also addressed the communication and dissemination strategy. Each organization shared updates on their local multiplier events, press releases, and social media efforts. Plans for the final public dissemination campaign were coordinated, with emphasis on reaching both local school communities and European networks.
Aside from the working sessions, the hosts organized a cultural walk through Castellón, allowing participants to connect informally and reflect on the broader values of the project—community, empathy, and learning beyond borders.
The meeting concluded with a heartfelt roundtable where participants shared their personal impressions and insights gained throughout the BRIDGE project. It was evident that, beyond the outputs, BRIDGE had fostered strong bonds between institutions and professionals committed to building inclusive and emotionally aware learning environments.
As partners departed Castellón, there was a shared sense of pride and readiness—not only to close a successful chapter but to carry forward the tools, values, and collaborations sparked by BRIDGE.
