The JOIN project aimed to connect youth workers and organizations to enhance their inclusion practices for young people with fewer opportunities (YPFO). Through a Preparatory Visit and a Seminar involving 27 youth workers from 9 organizations, participants shared challenges, methods, and tools for better inclusion. The activities focused on topics such as integrating migrants and refugees, overcoming language and cultural barriers, supporting youth with disabilities, and developing inclusive organizational policies. Each organization led workshops to exchange best practices and promote peer learning. The project emphasized fine-tuning inclusion methodologies and encouraged cross-agency collaboration. Evaluation tools and Youthpasses ensured learning was tracked throughout. A final guideline on inclusion was developed to support long-term impact.
